Do you often get dizzy or have frequent sensations of motion or spinning even when sitting still? Vertigo (vestibular) rehabilitation is a specialised, exercise-based therapy that retrains the brain and inner ear to improve balance, reduce dizziness and alleviate vertigo. 


Using gentle head, eye, and body movements to challenge and adapt your balance system, I can help you regain stability, reduce fall risk, and improve your quality of life by returning you to normal daily activities. 


We also treat using the Epley manoeuvre to help Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), a common cause of dizziness.

A blend of Tai Chi and Pilates with resistance, Pilatchi is great for rehabilitation and recovery from injury, or simply a fun new exercise.  


 Pilatchi is a calming, low-impact resistance training that increases strength and core stability, improves flexibility, balance and posture. It uses exercise bands to provide resistance to movement. 


One-to-one sessions or join me and others for something more social, classes up to 4 people.   


All classes are designed for all levels with a choice of band strength.

A quick screening test reveals readiness: “Can you rise from a chair without using your arms?”. If not, I can help. Either group classes up to 4 people or one-to-one.
