Kenny Butler, the founder of AgeZing Physiotherapy and Movement is originally from the island of Newfoundland, Canada. He has made the UK home for over 25 years and now lives in St Albans with his wife, our two university-aged children who come and go, and Lola, an energetic dog.

Kenny Butler, the founder of AgeZing Physiotherapy and Movement is originally from the island of Newfoundland, Canada. He has made the UK home for over 25 years and now lives in St Albans with his wife, our two university-aged children who come and go, and Lola, an energetic dog.


With more than 30 years of experience as a physiotherapist and physical activity specialist, he has worked across Canada, the US, and the UK. His career has focused on helping individuals recover from injury and return to sport, work, and everyday life, as well as partnering with organisations to improve health and wellbeing on a larger scale.


Passionate about redefining how we think about ageing, he brings together decades of clinical expertise to support people living with long-term health conditions or injuries—empowering them to thrive through movement.


Outside of work, he's a keen gardener, a lover of live music, enjoys playing 5-a-side football and is ManU fan (on the up).

Nic Wong has a friendly, goal-focussed approach and a passion for individualised client-focussed care. She specialises in addressing movement dysfunction and prescribing functional rehabilitation exercises, alongside hands-on manual therapy to help you get back to living life to the full.

Nic Wong has a friendly, goal-focussed approach and a passion for individualised client-focussed care. She specialises in addressing movement dysfunction and prescribing functional rehabilitation exercises, alongside hands-on manual therapy to help you get back to living life to the full. 


Nic is also an accredited coach and appreciates the value of helping you understand your condition and what you can do to help yourself get back on track.

Since qualifying as a physiotherapist in 2001, Nic has worked in NHS and private settings as well as having a Professional Adviser role at the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and working in the corporate world for a while. 


Nic is trained in JEMS Movement Systems and uses her training in movement analysis and specialised movement programmes to help you understand background movement habits and imbalances which can help address your symptoms. 


Nic is also trained in Clinical Pilates with the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute (APPI) and offers 1:1 pilates sessions to help build core stability and strength.


With a background in rowing at a national level, Nic understands the commitment needed for high level sport, she is also a keen runner, cyclist and tennis player. 


Nic prides herself on working in partnership with her clients to make a real difference to their physical and overall wellbeing, whether you simply want to move better or want to address a specific condition or injury.
