Essentially it's Tai Chi with resistance. Great for rehabilitation and recovery from injury, or simply a fun new exercise.
Pilatchi is a calming, low-impact resistance training that increases strength and core stability, improves flexibility, balance and posture. It uses exercise bands to provide resistance to movement.
One-to-one sessions or join me and others for something more social, classes up to 4 people.
All classes are designed for all levels with a choice of band strength.
